TRIbe camps provide for athletes to gain highly valuable information, skills, and fitness in a fun and supportive environment. TRIbe camps have plenty of high-quality training opportunities, but the emphasis is always on teaching athletes how to train and race more effectively. TRIbe camps will always maintain a low coach to athlete ratio to ensure plenty of hands-on instruction as well as prioritizing safety. TRIbe camp agendas will vary by location and focus, but will generally offer several informative skill based sessions then an opportunity to work with staff coaches to put newly acquired knowledge into practice. These sessions may include open water swim skills, transition strategies, bike handling skills, run biomechanics and drills, recovery modalities, nutrition and hydration protocols, and more! TRIbe camps are also a ton of fun! From group happy hours and meals to games integrated into the training, everyone is assured to have a great time!
